Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Please note that refunds are not allowed for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the customer no longer wants the product after purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will review the issue. If the issue is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If we require the item to be returned, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are used, worn, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or not in their original packaging.

We also do not accept returns or refunds for sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
